So, if you thought Martha Stewart was just cupcakes and cookies, think again! She is now taking part in planning future weddings! In a recent announcement from Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Martha Stewart has now joined them to create 6 new wedding theme packages for those looking to say their " I do’s" at one of their 18 Caribbean resorts.
Starting in 2010, there will now be 6 different themes to choose from:
Beautiful Beginnings – This package includes a handheld bouquet of magenta dendrobium orchids, and boutonniere, as well a table for four with crisp linens, a lovely centerpiece, and a charming white cake
Flutter of Romance – Includes sensuous shades of pink amidst the flourish of a whimsical butterfly motif. Pretty butterflies also top the pale pink cake or round mini-cakes for a look that’s charming and sweet. The quaint bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and centerpieces are comprised of rosy pink and red flowers.
Vision in White – This package includes a sublime beach wedding ceremony with the enduring magic of a classic wedding in white. Hints of eyelet and lace grace every detail, from the Party Favors to the Luscious Desserts. Choose from an elegant White Cake or cupcakes, both decorated with dainty doily accents. The white Pillar Candles wrapped in eyelet fabric will cast a soft, romantic glow over the Reception Table.
Seaside Serenade – A sweet melody of warm sea breezes and gentle tides floats in the midst of your enchanting beachfront ceremony overlooking the bright blue ocean. Inspired by a romantic island oasis…sun, sand, and surf provide an exotic backdrop that plays at your heartstrings as you exchange vows under a Bamboo Arch, strung with strands of capiz shells. Your reception unfolds at a beautiful Table Set with seashell, coral, and sand accents, with the choice of an aqua Fondant Cake with white coral accents or Cupcakes topped with white sugar seashells.
Chic & Natural – Soothing organic island elements such as white orchids and polished black river stones flow naturally in a tranquil setting that is both modern and full of romantic charm. Choose a pale green cake topped with a white camellia or cupcakes highlighted by small green cymbidiums. The gazebo wedding ceremony and reception are accented with vivid green cymbidiums, vibrant green moss, and touches of natural linen.
